Automotive Hungary / Techtogether competition

This year MAGYARMET exhibited at Automotive Hungary – International Trade Exhibition for Automotive Industry Suppliers for the first time, which is the biggest regional forum of the vehicle industry. We presented our products and services at the collective MAJOSZ (Association of Hungarian Automotive Component Manufacturers) stand with other automotive supplier companies.

Besides the exhibition Autopro.hu has held university student competition Techtogether Automotive Hungary for the third time. The activities simulating industry tasks were drafted by prominent players of the industry, manufacturers and suppliers with Magyarmet amongst them. The event was intended to connect the students with companies. Young engineers could get to know the companies where they can start their carreer after – or even during – their studies, and the companies got a chance to take a look at the future experts.

The special award from Magyarmet went to the OECO Shell Eco-marathon team from Óbuda University. Congratulations!

Our purpose is to introduce MAGYARMET and the casting industry to the new generations. We hope we have roused their interest and will see a lot of them in the future.
